2 tbs plain flour
75g chopped dates
75g castar sugar
3 medium eggs

Open Dough into a 23cm Tart tin, and bake for 15min 180 degrees until semi cooked…

Meanwhile toast walnuts for 5 min in the oven. Add butter, flour, chopped dates, sugar, eggs and stir.
Add mixture to the tart and cook for a further 15 - 20 min…

enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :))
